Submitted it to rhe front desk. Disappointment I was not offered a discount, freenight stay only an apology. Not satisfied, I have no interest of returning.

This is my wife's favorite place to stay in Norfolk. It's always clean and above standard when we stay.
The hotel inside was beautiful and the room great. All the workers were helpful. The location was pretty central to everything.
