The overall experience was good however we were disappointed with the house keeping service. We were told that every other day there would be be light service which would include towels and trash removal. I was told upon departure that since we had the sign out early in the morning that said enjoying the room that no service would be done. So for a four night stay the room was done once. Tried to make a point on departure but was told that was the policy .If and when we return to visit we will probably look for an alternative option.

Easy access to a lot of places. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is hot and good. Always book through the hotel. No 3rd party people. You actually get better rates this way. We learned after staying here last year!

Didn’t get my first name right (Leon not Liam), didn’t get my Hilton Honors points, breakfast was very crowded so we skipped it, nothing else stood out….
