I’ve stayed at this Aloft hotel several tines, but the hotel is in decline. When I arrived, there was no hot water and the air conditioning was not working in my room. Also, the deadbolt on the door would not lock. Later, I was moved to a 5th floor room that smellled of dog urine, had water damage on the ceilings and was impossible to sleep in due to all the noise from traffic. As I returned to the hotel for my second night, I had to walk around a pit bull that the owner was allowing to freely urinate on the floor of the front lobby. The only redeeming quality was the excellent front desk staff who were friendly, professional and accommodating.
The room was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly.
