My interaction with Keri Pratt beyond OUTSTANDING. I was truly impressed with Ms. Pratt’s customer service skills. My family and I were having a very bad day and she stepped right in to make a rough day just go away. If possible create more like Ms. Pratt.
Meka was very pleasant and stayed beyond her shift to provide early check in and assistance with parking.
Asked for two queens got a king with a jacuzzi that was coming apart. I have never had a room that I didn’t like and I stay with Hilton all the time and Ali am a member but did not get a discount.

$10 a day for parking. 3dollars for water in the room. Pay for WiFi (which was weak). Landlines didn't work. Tried calling front desk from my cellphone and the number was inactive. Would have to go downstairs for everything.
