Tosha was wonderful. She was delightful, answered all my questions and accommodated my needs. I have some mobility issues. With Tara's oversight, she changed my room closer to the elevator, got me a closer parking spot so I wouldn't have to walk so far and had Lamar take my bags from my car to my room. He was awesome also. I really appreciated their service.
I came down and stayed two night and three days. The staff were great. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. The atmosphere around the hotel was great. Very family oriented with all kinds of restaurants and outdoor activities for kids. Very good part of KC. Lots of little shops all within two blocks from the hotel. Hotel breakfast is made to order with a reasonable choice of breakfast foods. We will be back again for a weekend getaway.

We thought the hotel was great for our daughters sweet 16. it has a cool vibe and fun furnishings and balcony. it was insanely busy when we went as it was the taste of leawood and HOCO : ) but we all enjoyed our stay.
