Do not stay at this hotel! Took three different rooms before they found one that was clean and that one had a weird smell. Woke up to gun shots one morning. No ice machine ( had been broken for a long time). Someone tried to get in my room called the front desk he told me if they try again call me back. Charge $20 to park and it was not a secured parking lot. Will never stay at a Ramada hotel again. I was so disappointed trash everywhere.
The error you made to tell me that you did not know I had asked for two beds and insisted that you did not have a room with two beds was very disturbing upon my arrival to hear. I strongly denounced putting me in the same bed with a woman. That was of utmost, distasteful and unacceptable! But, after complaining and being unable to reach Price Line, the hotel clerk found and provided separate prepaid rooms for me and my guest. After that episode, I was happy with most of your services. Hotel was super clean in rooms, hallway, elevator and lounge area. This (the cleanliness) made me 70% happy. There was a need for some nutritional foods for breakfast like apples and bananas.
