This was my fourth stay at the Florance, KY Holiday Inn. Everytime the stay has been great. The room is always clean and staff is always courteous and helpful. This last time they went the extra mile, when I forgot a piece of luggage. I was already home and realized my mistake. The staff found my lost luggage and and the manager FedExed it to me.
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Clean rooms mean the most to me.
