bet your thermostat was low in the 60degrees. the elevator push button on the 4th floor does not work. Guests have to push upper and go to 5th floor then down. The room I was in for a week had an inoperative brass hard lock. they tried to fix it a couple of times after they showed me to kick the door and finally on the fifth night, I kicked it and the brass holder broke off and was left in the room when I left (security risk). Ran out of chocolate milk on 2nd breakfast wanted a sprite or starry for me to buy. neither was available. I have stayed in your hotel lots of times, not sure I can trust y’all.
Have stayed there several times; have always been pleased. Rooms are always comfortable and very clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate all that you all do.
