Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center offers a convenient location in the heart of New York City, just a 1-minute drive from One World Trade Center.
The Club Quarters Hotel could not have made our visit to NYC and our stay there any more enjoyable. The Hotel staff was exceedingly friendly, professional and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable and made our evenings after two eventful days very restful and relaxing. Morning coffee was quite exceptional. We will be back again!
The hotel is gold Leed certified. In addition, Club Quarters has initiated a number of eco-friendly programs and practices to become more environmentally responsible and reduce our ecological footprint. 1. Energy Conservation Program o All of Club Quarters new and replacement appliances will be Energy Star rated o Low energy lighting throughout all hotels, as well as motion sensor lights in closets and other areas o Power off non-essential equipment, shut off lights and equipment in back of the house during off hours o Consolidate floors during low occupancy o Turn off lights and TV in vacant rooms 2. Water Conservation Program o Launder sheets and towels upon guest request o Low flow shower heads and toilets o Sink faucet aerators 3. Earth Friendly Practices o Guest room and back of house trash is separated into recyclables and non-recyclables; recyclables are further sorted, often to levels above those required by local regulations o Key cards are biodegradable o Guest Room cleaning products are all natural compound based o Depletion based amenity restocking 4. Green Education Policies o Energy conservation program initiatives are part of new employee training and periodically reviewed by department heads with staff o Participation in Employees-Municipal-Transportation discount programs where applicable 5. Green Design and Construction o Redevelop sites in city centers near public transportation – do not change the natural habitat and ensure efficient re-use of the already developed environment o Adaptive re-use existing buildings – minimal use of new building materials o All new Club Quarters opened since 2008 are LEED certified. This rating system is nationally (within the US) accepted for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.
