I had car issues while on this trip.I called to be sure our rooms were still available and the young lady at the counter was kind enough to ask if we were Okay or needed a ride. Fantastic customer service.
We enjoyed our stay for the one night. The room was nice and clean.
We stayed three nights at the Arbuckle, it was very clean, great staff, rooms were great with good privacy. Convenient location for activities at the camplex. Pool area was clean with plenty of room for multiple families/guests. We will be back!

This is a beautiful place, and they’re pet-friendly, which was perfect since we had a couple of dogs with us, who also enjoyed their stay.
I googled the number for hotel was not informed one time it was a third party booking the room when we checked in the desk associate said we were overcharged over $150 but nobody will answer the phone.
Breakfast same as any motel, but room was good so was lobby.
Oh my goodness, the Arbuckle Lodge was amazing. I was amazed at the room and the hot tub (the pool could have been warmer). The employees were wonderful and the breakfast was GREAT! I would recommend it to anyone in the area!
