Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well taken care of.
We booked a late stay we decided to get off the road but specifically told the person it would have to be the dates of the 11 12 of July although it was already the 12th am they did it I got charged I got there and the older man at night was rude very rude he said it’s impossible and he was already closed out we finally had to book another room with them for the same night because he couldn’t find my original reservation. I did so was charged two nights for one.
First of all the staff at the front desk do not know how to greet guests. Try to get in room with two door cards didn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk to get it fix. I check the room out found coffee pot filter still in from last guest. No toilet paper holder broken. Bath tub faucet Leaking that made noise all night. I check the bed out the comforter was dirty and had a bleed stain on it on top of not smelling clean. The ground floor rooms were getting carpet cleaned so I couldn’t get a ground floor room. Parking lot on the side were the garbage dumpsters are at the carpet cleaner clew let there dirty water discharge on parking lot which left dirty mess on lot this is disgusting to see not professional at all.
The staff and cleanliness of hotel were great.
