Room was clean bed was comfortable breakfast was good.
We stayed for five days. The room was very clean, staff exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was great especially the omelette. Also I forgot a box that had some very important items and they saved it and when I called they had the items and were very nice and send it to me at their cost. We would stay there every time we come to Branson. Thank you for everything.
1st. room had all of the lights connected to the main switch. All lights were on or all lights were off! The toliet seat had one bolt in it so the seat would slide all over the place when sitting! We requested another room. The second room the rain pored in the window and down on the air conditioner controls and onto the floor! The front desk refused to come up, requested we come down for towels to blot up the water! Refused to repair the window along with about 8 more rooms(there was a waiting line for towels)! The phone did not work and they refused to repair that as well! There was only one luggage cart in the entire Hotel. They would not help with the luggage! We were in a handicap room with a step up and in tub with no anti slip floor it had been removed! The television did not work all the time it would lock up every few minutes! The table tops in the Breakfast area were loose and almost falling off! A woman spilled here coffee when the top nearly fell in her lap! I talked to the people at the front desk about these issues as well as the manager. All the response I could get was they could not do any of the repairs until the people were out of the rooms. Worst experience I have ever had in my life! I have stayed in roach and bed bug infested motels that are rented by the hour that was better and had a much better staff! I will never Stay in another La Quinta again. Also the Manager did not even offer to discount the price of anything for the trouble. The water running in the air conditioning controls and onto the floors was an electrical shock risk and a handicap room without a non slip shower floor should be against the law! I called the McKinney code enforcement office and they are going to send an inspector out to check on the issues since I could not get anyone at the Hotel to respond!!!
Quiet and slept great, dogs allowed for a price. Clean, older hotel that had some things not working but offered a nice breakfast and space to enjoy it.
