Felt very welcomed when we enter the hotel. Receptionists was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy.
We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was helpful since my husband has a hard time walking. We stayed at a lesser hotel the night before and when we got to Comfort Inn the next day, we thought we were in heaven. You get what you pay for and we will keep coming here whenever we travel to Arizona. Thank you to all your wonderful people.

Our family gathered from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Minnesota, New Mexico, Washington State and Missouri for a celebration of the life of our cousin. We utilized five guest rooms at Chillicothe Inn and suites. Guest services manager Cassandra Overmon was most accommodating in every way. She allowed us space to gather in the lobby and in the breakfast room during evening hours. She gave us extra postcards to send to cousins who were unable to be there with us. She even provided stamps for the postcards and offered to mail them for us. She made sure everything was in order at breakfast. Our family has gathered at the Chillicothe comfort Inn and suites for Reunion several years ago and we would stay there again. We had requested early check in, since we were arriving at the Kansas City airport well ahead of check in time and she notified me, as promised, when our room was available for early check in.
The upgrades to the hotel are wonderful. It is new all over. So nice. The staff is so pleasant and accommodating.
Taylor was very good and helpful. She went out of her way to help. Nice, clean hotel.
