I had a single adult room. Comfortable, clean. The bed was too high to sit on comfortably. I loved the bed pillows very versatile. I was glad it was a short stay.
The service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional and genuinely helpful. The staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable.
I think everything was great with the hotel as well as the room.
Rick’s Chophouse Located on the ground floor of Grand Hotel, this 4-star restaurant offers warm hospitality and an extensive wine list. Open Daily (expect for Holidays) Monday through Saturday from 6:30 am - 9:30 pm. A Champagne Brunch Buffet is available on Sundays from 10 am - 2 pm. Room Service Catered by Rick’s Chophouse Room service is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Parking Street side and lot parking is available throughout downtown. Valet is available at the Grand Hotel’s entrance Friday and Saturday evenings beginning at 5pm for $7 per car.

Hotel and room were very comfortable. Little hard to control temperature in room. No hot water one night.
We enjoyed our one night stay at the Grand Hotel for our anniversary. The location is perfect, close to everything in downtown McKinney. The room was very spacious and well appointed. We loved the character and charm of the hotel. Everything was very clean as well. We would definitely stay here again!
