The Golden Hotel offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, restaurant, spa tub, and electric car charging station.
Some of the staff was very pleasant and some were very rigid and so no versus accommodating the guest. A lot of the staff was brand new and in training, but no one was there training them. Bed linens and pillows were not good at all! One night when all restaurants were closed we ordered a pizza from across the street. We were told that we couldn’t eat it in the lobby and had to go outside. A lot of rules for a very average hotel.
The hotel was well maintained and the staff, from the front desk to the restaurants were very helpful.

Requested Kleenex from room service was never delivered and the coffee but worked half the time and the coffee was absolutely horrible.
