Everyone was very nice.
When we walked in the check in there was no one in sight. I banged on the counter, walked down the hall…we waited to about 15 minutes. When I called the hotel days prior to checking in to ask about an iron and ironing board in the room I was told most rooms had them but if ours didn’t call the desk and one would be delivered to our room. We were to come get them. There were not nearly enough electrical outlets; the TV didn’t work half the time we were in the room; and there were stink bugs in the room high up in the corner of the ceiling and when I called the desk they told me they could give me a broom to get them down. I PAID to stay in your hotel and all of these issues should have been resolved by your staff.
I switched my hotel for the following week.
