I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and always appreciate the generous breakfast spread. We stayed for three nights and there were limited options and the last morning literally was a sign saying that due to unforeseen circumstances, breakfast was limited. I don't expect extravagance, but I do expect toppings for the oatmeal, coffee, waffles or pancakes for the kids, a selection of fruit and yogurt. There were none of these things over the course of our stay and particularly, on the last day. I also expect to easily be able to access fresh towels. I appreciated the responsiveness of staff but it took a long time to get them.

Our room was clean, bed was comfy. Our quiet room was so dark we slept in!
Overall the room was clean and so was the hotel. However, rooms only had decaf coffee, pool was closed the entire time and we were there as a hockey team, no syrup for waffles, no milk for cereal at the end of breakfast, no water in cooler at the gym. The evening staff was amazing!
Very clean and modern. Loved the bath products!
