Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District by IHG
Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District offers a 24-hour fitness center, complimentary WiFi, and a bar/lounge.
Hotel is in the perfect location. Friendly staff. Amazing valet.
Seems reasonable until you get there and they add more fees like state hotel fee 5.00, occupancy fee 1.00, destination fee 25.00, sales tax 1.75, parking 48.00 per night. Total extra fees for four days is an extra 323.00!
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, our rooms were a nice size and very clean, the location was very convenient to River Street. Although we did not eat in the restaurant it looked very nice and clean. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us also. Room prices were very competitive with the area. I am very happy with our choice of Hotel Indigo.
With parking,, destination fees and taxes, the price was almost $100/day more than I was told. This is not the best way to endear me to Hotel Indigo. One day the maid did not clean the room and bring towels. Staff at the valet and front desk did not answer the phone for five minutes or more. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was good and the restaurant and bar staff are friendly and efficient.
Five Oaks Taproom serves breakfast daily at $15.00 per person
We offer valet parking only at $48 per vehicle in our adjacent, secure garage. We are 1 block away from the Whitaker St. city parking garage that offers daily parking at $2 per hour.
We offer complimentary internet access throughout the hotel.

Great location! Excellent room and amenities. The hotel staff is wonderful!
The employees were all friendly. The floor in the room was not clean.
After all hidden fees were added, the price was way too much. Traffic noise was horrible all night. Barely slept. Will not stay here again.
Great place with excellent staff there to help in every way. When back in Savannah, we will be staying there again.
Our room was dirty, the A/C made a howling noise all night, the privacy shade was hanging off the rod and would close and the deadbolt was broken. We had maintenance look at it and were told that A/C just sounds like that and the dead bolt wasn’t a big deal we could use the door stop mechanism. We also had to close the privacy shade with a hair clip No attempt to fix anything or change rooms.
Upon arrival, all of the valets were extremely nice and professional. The hotel staff checking in, was also wonderful. I have no complaints about the room the staff the valet or anyone. But! Almost $100 to park my car for two nights is ridiculous. Not to mention the cost of breakfast at the downstairs restaurant is also insane! Also, little things like one tiny milk jug sized trashcan in the room is ridiculous.
