The front desk staff is incredible, I have stayed here several times and they are so welcoming and helpful and kind. The rooms are always spotless. Breakfast is outstanding! I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel!

I requested and received a handicap shower room. Well laid out, good linens. It was a heat wave in Ashland and the A/C unit was excellent.

Friendly staff and pleasant environment. The staff really shines at the Stratford Inn. We love to stay here for that reason and the 10 minute walk town.

A pleasant, clean, and quiet room just a short, easy walk to downtown. The included breakfast was great—especially the coffee! Every staff member, from check-in to breakfast to check-out, was super friendly and helpful. I travel with pets, and that was no issue at all. I’ll definitely stay here again. The young man at the desk gets a 10. He’s both helpful and kind. Stay was relaxing.
Tub drain was clogged; we got a new room; our car died in the centre of the parking lot, it was not towed as we worked to get it to a car repair place; we were treated with respect and courtesy.
Have stayed there several times and will do rt again.
