Our stay was fantastic due to the wonderfully respectful and kind, efficient work of service to the guests from the front desk rep. He immediately checked us in, while also signing us up for the awards program and explaining the details we needed to know for a comfortable stay. He even helped us find local areas to shop and eat. Further he made us fresh coffee and gave us two blankets right away when we requested them. Also the room and hotel were very clean and quiet and the mattress heavenly. The shower was the perfect temperature.
The hotel clerk (Harry) was professional, polite and eager to help. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable. The sausage patties at the breakfast bar were amazing! My only complaint: there was somewhat of an odd smell in both the lobby and the elevator. It wasn’t an overwhelming odor, however. If I’m ever in Griffin, GA, again, I would not hesitate to book another stay at this establishment.
