Just returned from a two night stay. Great hotel and excellent customer service. Front desk was quick and very welcoming.
You need lighted switches in the bathroom. When you enter the bathroom you can not find the switch because it is pitch black. It would help. Have you ever considered having a recliner in some of your rooms. My husband sleeps in a recliner at home and finds it very hard to sleep on your hard beds.
