Easy access, Next to Famous Dave's. Lots of good parking. Very Nice people working there. Clean hotel.

Free Wi Fi was spotty. Was dropped continuously was unable to complete work.
I Che led in on a Friday and became sick that night. I was night able to drive back home the next day. I booked another room and they were so kind to let me check out of one room at 10:30 am and right into another one that was open so I didn’t have to wait till check in time. I will definitely continue my stays there and I also tell many about Stoney Creek Hotel. Thank you!

The facility itself was Okay no issues there. The refund policy is horrendous. I made a two night reservation about a week in advance. Found out my trip needed to be cut a day short. Tried to call and see if I could reduce my stay length (this all happened before my visit). I was told Expedia would try to work with the hotel to get a refund, but there was no discount applied after I checked out after my one night stay. So I ended up paying for two nights even though I only stayed for one night and told them ahead of time. Will not stay at this hotel or any other Stoney Creek Hotel ever again.
