Clarion Hotel Portland Airport ME

Loved the location near Maine Medical Hospital the reason for our five day visit. The shuttle service was a huge plus. The room was spacious and included a refrigerator, microwave, desk for reading and writing along with a large screen TV and WiFi. The pool and hot tub were a great addition.

Very happy with my stay. Very clean with great staff.

Winter is coming… Clarion Hotel stepped up big time by accommodating Maine Medical Center Portland employees during the storm tonight into tomorrow.

The room was quiet and cozy. The television choices were excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The Clarion was incredibly clean, the shower was nice and hot, but the room heater was noisy. If they could quiet it, the stay would have been excellent! However, the friendly and courteous shuttle driver did a good job in waking us up. Would consider staying there again.

My husband was a patient at Maine Medical. By staying at the Portland Clarion helped make a challenging time better. The convenient location, the shuttle service and the pleasant and helpful staff were appreciated.

Room okay restaurant breakfast excellent, tasty, swift service.

Very pleased that check in was open until 2am due to our very late bus arrival from Logan. No complaints about room or bathroom for what we expected.

I stayed at the Clarion due to its closeness to the transportation hub. It’s clean, well maintained and I appreciate the pool since I swim for fitness. Breakfast is quite abundant. The service was slow however. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. I expect to stay again in the future.

Very clean, close to downtown Portland and also aiport.

The toilets need to be upgraded. .they are much too low.

Clean hotel, felt safe.

Stayed in unclean room. Trash was not emptied and not enough towels. Front desk needs to work on his customer services, maybe he was having a bad day.

A lovely stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.

It’s was old and things were in I’ll repair. Like the couch. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Spent first night in one room on 5th floor. I submitted pictures to front desk after telling her the state of the room .We also got locked out of the room because of uncharged door lock. Second night was okay on second floor, but as it was a room with adjoining locked doors on either side of the room, the noise in the next room was very loud to the point I could hear what they saying. That lasted past 11:00. I will not use this motel again until it is updated. Personal were great. Front desk lady and the handiman.

I stayed at the Clarion three years ago and loved it. My reservation is not until February 15!

Your 3rd party reservation service is terrible! They could not speak English. They made my reservation for January not February 15 and refused to change it! They said they were unable to change it or cancel it. I called the Clarion directly and have a reservation for February 15. I am notifying Capital One to not pay if I am billed for this January reservation.

It’s a very convenient place to stay if you have someone staying in the hospital.
