Hotel personnel was very polite and greated me upon entering the lobby, explaining policies, breakfast times, room location!
Suite was great.
The personnel was welcome if and accommodating. My only concerns are that the hall to my room on the three floor had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom was not well cleaned I found hair in the shower and someone’s dried soft contact lenses in the floor by the tub.
