I enjoyed a fantastic one night stay at the hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for a quick getaway!
Great place to stay. Angel and her front desk staff were just wonderful! They were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room attendant Gaby was also wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m in town again.
The call center is a horrible experience when you try to get a reservation for your hotel they do not have critical information that is valuable to a traveler such as how far are you from interstate I 40 or do you have breakfast in the morning? If so, what time? Hotel itself no problems. The call center absolutely horrible. I specifically requested a room for the Hampton Inn after answering 510 minutes worth of questions and then continuing on I get a text confirmation for the reservation at the La Quinta hotel. I remember that I specifically requested Hampton Inn and he heard me clearly nonetheless The call center is horrible absolutely horrible hotel staff outstanding.
