In my previous stay on a Thursday, I left my Texas Tech class ring in the shower. I realized my mistake about an hour and a half after leaving El Paso (Remcon Circle). I called reservations who indicated they would advise Springhill Suites of my concern. When I stayed at the Springhill Suites on my home Sunday, my ring was waiting for me. Terrific customer service. Thanks to all involved Reservations, Housekeeping, Front Desk and Manager. Nicely done.
The service was exceptional. The room was clean and the desk personnel were always courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

It is a nice clean hotel, and it was very quite, so I was able to sleep.

Nice hotel but could stand a fresh paint and minor repairs.
We were here for our son's wedding and had several gift bags for our out of town guests. The front desk made sure everyone on our list received their gift and they were so kind and patient and accommodating to us. The pool was a nice area to visit as well as the lobby.
Everything was fine. Staff, rooms, cleanliness—all good.
