Your reservation desk made us a reservation at a place that wasn’t even open. Then has the audacity to charge us to get our money refunded for a reservation you made. We ask where it was located and told the wrong location. Then had to pay an exorbitant amount for a room because it was so late. I want reward points given to us for a room. That is the least you can do for your error. I’m very disappointed.
The staff was very helpful and service oriented. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Upon arriving our room was filthy. Tons of hair on the stain and hair all over the shower and dirty towels on the floor. After calling the front desk they cleaned it for us but it still wasn’t clean and we only had two towels. The shower was still filthy and had hair all over it. The heat didn’t work and the room was freezing and the outlets didn’t work and we couldn’t even charge our phones. We had to change hotels and they wouldn’t give us any refunds at all. We moved to Drury Nd.
