The location of the hotel is very convenient for events on campus. The check in was easy. The staff was very attentive.
Everyone was very polite very helpful and we will stay there when we come back to Springfield.
The front desk staff is great and someone took up my bags for me. It felt safe and spacious.
Room was adequate, appreciated the fridge even though I think it was extra fee. Never been in hotel that didn’t have a hairdryer. Next year will request room closer to elevator. Should have asked for handicapped room, if available. Room very quiet. Will definitely stay next year!

They knew everything about my reservation. That helped me alot!
Called to get a room and was told only suites were available. Paid 200 for the room, refrigerator barley and worked, A/C got hot at night. Was told I would be charged 10 for parking for a $200 dollar a night room.
Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly.
I did not like making the reservations through a third party, I would not have agreed to the reservation guarantee if I had understood this and would of saved the money making the stay more enjoyable.
