H2Hotel offers a bar/lounge, parking, an elevator, a pool, a restaurant, a spa, WiFi/Internet, pet-friendly rooms, non-smoking rooms, breakfast, air conditioning, a 24/7 front desk, a business center, a spa tub, meeting rooms, an electric car charging station, supervised childcare/activities, and access to the beach.
We have been staying at H2Hotel every March and November for over 6 years. We bring our bikes and do a lot of walking and always have lunch and dinners at our favorite restaurants. We were very surprised when we went down for breakfast that the complimentary breakfast was not available. We were given a voucher from Jason Farmer, Director of Sales. He was very nice and helpful as are the entire staff at H2. We had a little difficulty when we had to change our dates. I always call the desk to make our reservations, but apparently I was connected to your reservation center then onto a third party. It created a confusion(Expedia who we have never used, then onto Planning Hotel(?) We want to make sure this will not happen again. Linda McPherson.
