The staff of the hotel are wonderful. They are all very considerate and attentive. The hotel is clean. There is a really nice warm and snuggly robe waiting in the room for you after a long day.

From the moment we arrived, till the moment we left, the JW Marriott downtown Indianapolis was first class. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were super comfortable. Just could not have asked for a better hotel and that’s a compliment because I’m known as a “hotel snob”. 😊.

From valet to the bellhop, the check-in people to the waitstaff in the restaurants, all were professional, friendly, eager to provide service and efficient.

hotel was great. Alot of construction going on so there was quite a bit of busy going on. It was organized disorganization. Restaurant was great, ate there three times. Service was five star.

The room was beautiful.

The JW Marriott Indianapolis is a lovely hotel. The location is near many attractions including a river walk, restaurants and shopping. Our room was comfortable, hotel staff friendly and quick to accommodate our needs. A couple of observations, the elevators are among the fastest I've experienced making it easy to get in and out of the hotel quickly. My only complaint, is that the charge $15 per day for wi fi access. This seems exhorbetant to me. Plus it sort of messed up my husbands phone after he signed on. Be aware, the "Marriott" is on the next block, we could see it from our room. Don't mistakenly go to the wrong hotel like we did at first. All in all, a great place to stay and I highly recommend.

I was charged the $59 damage deposit and did not damage the room. I’d like to know why as I was told this wouldn’t be charged if there was not any damage.

Great accommodations and I wanted to highlight three impressive members of the hotel staff. Chance, valet, what a great young man, he was kind and considerate letting me know of the volleyball tournament at the hotel and where best to find a space to park. Ramatu, hotel reception agent. She was thoughtful and professional when I was checking in. I could not more highly commend her for our brief interaction. Riley, bartender. Riley was insightful and forthcoming with her recommendations on food and drink. She made me feel like I was more than part of the bar crowd. All three went above and beyond to ensure my stay was among the best I've ever had at a hotel.

We had a wonderful experience, the nice lady that checked us in was so very nice and professional. She gave us a wonderful room and waved the parking fee. We will definitely come back. When we return I want her to check us in again, she helped make the experience even better. Please let her know how much we appreciate her. What an asset she is at your company!

Great experience in registration and dining in the Sports Bar.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff in valet park booth are awesome.

Was there for a concert, it was packed and staff was excellent!

Every facet of this hotel was wonderful. The valet staff was exceptional!
