The rooms are clean along with the bathroom. Midtown is a old building but the rooms are furnished with a Mico wave and small refg. I had issues with the TV working and went to front desk and they came to room to reset the TV. When I checked in in the earlier evening the air cond. wasn't on and I left to go eat and turned the air on and it chilled the room down to make it comfortable. My stay was the two time I have used Mid town in the last four yrs. Would I stay there again. yes.
Outdated would not stay again.
