kid above me on 2nd floor kept running and jumping sounded as if they were coming thru my ceiling I made several attempts with manager on duty five pm and she made no effort to help with this situation after three attempts with manager and no success I made contact with parents and situation was resolved finally after three hrs..
The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious.
