The TV was not set up properly, the walls to the rooms were paper thin, the bed left me aching for days and there was no hot water. Shameful!
I intended to stay only one night but due to hurricane, I needed extra. Even though you were booked for the following night, the staff put me on a waiting list for a cancelation. Later in the morning she called to say a room was available for the following two nights. So helpful! Then I needed to extend further and I was able to keep the same room. An evening staff woman was a pro at opening my door when the keys wouldn't work. People were very stressed because of the hurricane and I so appreciated the kindness and patience of the staff. The staff in the dining room were very good and the cleaning lady was great. I'll stay here again for sure.
