Even though we had turned off the air conditioning, the fan was still running, which was really loud. The maintenance staff promptly came up when we reported this to the front desk and was able to turn it off. We were able to get a good nights sleep as a result. Thank you!

Everything was good. That’s why I keep coming back to stay.
The front desk girl greeted us with a ring in her nose and she was eating so had to cover her mouth while answering a question. Unfortunately we heard from our family that also had a complaint and was very unprofessional unfortunately.
Hotel was modern, clean, well lit and roomy. Smaller pool area but the plus of that is how luxuriously warm the room remains. Food was perfectly done and well stocked even during prime time.
