Our stay at this hotel started with a very unorganized and dirty shuttle bus from the airport. During the five hrs while we slept, our room neighbor was having a very loud party. Knowing we would need to be up in a short amount of time we did not make any effort to have our room changed as that would further limit our sleep. In the morning I went to speak to the front desk about the situation and asked if there was any chance we could get a discount or have the price lowered due to the loud party. She was not apologetic at all and even questioned and showed doubt that there was even a loud party. She said they couldn't do anything for me and that I should have called the desk when we heard the noise. I don't recommend staying at this hotel. Also, they have armed security guards walking the halls with taser guns strapped to their hips. This may be an indication to the type of activities that occur at the hotel and a good clue to not stay there.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are very clean call mom there was a bright light right outside our window are room 13.
