I would not want my dogs to stay at this hotel.

We have always stayed at this hotel when flying out of Omaha and love their fly and stay program. But the room was musty, bathroom had a large crack in the wall, was dingy and the sink had small cracks by the drain. Not where we will stay again. Only nice part was the staff.

The bathroom sink was cracked, there was a soft spot in the floor by the door, there was blood spots on the vinyl curtain, the elevator floor needed replaced.

Shuttle and front desk was fantastic!

Our room flooded. We were moved to another room, which did not have enough water pressure to wash hands. Shower was better but still not enough. First room had TV with our apps, 2nd room had TV but no apps so was useless to us.The 2nd night some of the handicap spots were being used by vehicles without placards and we had to park aways away. Hotel smelled of gas and we were told it was the pool heater, which maybe, but it is still leaking matter what it was. Hotel was under construction so no elevators. Breakfast was decent and staff all friendly and helpful. But no courtesy credit was offered. We would not have stayed the 2nd night if the room had not been non refundable. Construction should have been disclosed before booking. We will not be back and probably never use this chain again.

We had to wait in the lobby to check in for about 10 minutes but the line front end person was doing her best. When we tried to turn on the T? It is a Roku but we know nothing about it. We wanted to watch local stations. Tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. Had to call with my cell to the front desk. Found out the phone had been disconnected from the wall. The girl came up and showed us how the TV works. Need to have some information available on how to use Then about 8:30 pm some kind of horn went off. Scared us to death. Never understood what happened. Then we went to bed and turned off the TV. Five minutes later the TV turned back on. We wondered if it would happen again. Need to make information for guests like us who are old farts.

Receptionist was very nice. I reserved a room with 2queen beds instead we got a handicap room with a king bed. Plumbing was not the best. Toilet slow to flush and sink very slow to drain.

The appearance of the parking lot was littered. We noticed A syringe on the ground. Kids running around like they lived there. Desk person not pleasant. The door to our room appeared unsafe. We are Elderly and was scared to spend the night there. Individuals hanging around in the parking lot. We went back to the room, gathered our toiletries I left in the restroom and left. Husband put the key cards at the front desk. No one was there at the front desk for him to talk to. We would appreciate a full refund.

The hotel staff was very nice and checked me into my room very easily and quickly. The room was very clean and everything was the way that it should be. The air conditioner worked very well at keeping the room cool. Great hotel to stay at for any occasion!
