Apon arrival we were treated by one of the nicest desk employees! His customer service was exceptional. Our room had everything we needed and was quiet and clean. Great breakfast, good location, beds were comfortable e and reasonable price. We'll stay again!
The beds are comfortable, the hotel is always clean. (Which I greatly appreciate!) I have to come to Iowa City every three weeks and this is my favorite place to stay.

I only stay at Country Inn when I’m down for medical appointments. There is a young individual that I’m assuming works nights. Since I’m at your hotel often, he remembered my last name and I was pleasantly surprised. His customer service was wonderful.
The first night was so noisy, many unsupervised adolescent boy running and yelling up and down the hall until 11:00 p.m.. Then the next morning I had no hot water. The next night was quiet and following the second night there was hot water. Good breakfasts and nice decor, however I thought$451 for two nights was too expensive for the quality of the hotel.
