We arrived around three PM and packed our luggage and headed to our oldest son’s basketball tournament. When we returned back to settle in for the evening, the TV in the bedroom was broken. We were offered to switch to a different room, but have young children and no energy to perform that in the late evening. I felt as if I should have been compensated somehow for that situation. Also, we were very excited to use the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was broken and the pool was cold. The vending machines were broken. I have been in healthcare for more than 30 years and I am very concerned as to the level of filth I witnessed. I would love to speak with you about my experience if necessary.
