We specifically picked the hotel with a pool and only found out after check in and in our room that the pool pump was out and pool was closed. There was no warning on registration or website info.
Physical property is fine. I originally booked online for one night (confirmation #r5340525078. I needed to change the arrival date by one day so I called back to do so. I was told I needed to speak directly to the hotel I spoke to hotel and was told that I needed to rebook with the corrected date and they could then cancel the first one and did so for me while I was on the phone. I received a new confirmation (#h10024166). I am now told that I will be charged for both dates. If this occurs I will not choose a Choice hotel ever again. I have to the third party booking agent, the hotel front desk,and the customer service representative none of which were helpful. I have made my Choice not to do business with Choice.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. We have a modified breakfast with Breakfast Burritos, sausage egg cheese biscuits, bacon egg cheese biscuits and upon request we have them with out meat. There are hard boiled eggs, pastry items such as danish and muffins, we have variety of yogurts, donuts and oatmeal. There is fresh coffee, tea, hot teas, hot water as well.
