Our room was so nice and the front desk manager was very accommodating and helpful. I thought I had callled the front desk when I made my reservation, but I’d actually called a third party, mistakenly. He was so helpful in explaining what happened and then worked hard to get our accommodations correct. I very much appreciate it!
My room with the electric fireplace was very peaceful and quiet. The room was very clean and had adequate towels and special soaps. The complimentary breakfast had everything and the room itself was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful and I will look forward to my next visit.
Everyone was definitely friendly and always wanting to be helpful. Location was great for getting around in the area. Our suite gave us space we didn’t expect and gave us a relaxing place when we weren’t on the go.

We were there for the St. Patrick's Day Parade. We come from NH every year for this as I was born here so it's a big deal. The staff are always accommodating and friendly whether it's at the hotel, at the restaurant or at the pub. It's kid and family friendly. Thanks so much for a great day! I'll definitely be back next year!

We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. A breakfast with many choices was a plus. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
