We came in from Louisville and stayed here for the weekend for BBM 2025 and let me tell you it was AHH MAZING! From the time we checked in until we left it was so amazing from the staff to the rooms to proximity of where we went all weekend, simply amazing! We are already planning our next stay! From my family, we say THANK YOU!
We stayed here the night before my husbands medical procedure early the next morning. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot and overall stay was good. The staff was very nice as well! Will be staying here again.

Our stay was okay! I thought the rooms where way over priced I thought for the price I was going to have this glamorous room, but was disappointed. The room was no more then I would of got for a 100 to 120 dollar room at other places. There was no complimentary breakfast and it was over priced as well. Whereas other places that were cheaper had a complimentary breakfast. The hotel was clean everyone was helpful and nice. But I would not stay agin cause of the price.
I loved being able to book the room in person for the second night! The front desk clerks were great, especially the morning staff. Their helpfulness made the experience even better.
Rooms and services were acceptable but not on par with Hyatt’s reputation. ROOM SERVICE was a MAJOR disappointment. Poor quality food delivered to the room in a paper bag in paper to go boxes with plastic ware.
Very pleasant stay. Love being next door to Rupp. Staff was very friendly, hotel clean.
My daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt over the weekend for a cheer comp. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plus I loved it being attached to the convention center.

From valet to check in to checkout the entire experience was positive. Rooms are spacious and clean and beds very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when in Lexington.
Our first time staying at this particular Hyatt and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the convenience of being attached to Rupp Arena made the stay even more special for the family. The Bluefire grill restaurant was nice and the added bonus of room service was convenient as well. We would highly recommend to anyone who has plans of visiting downtown Lexington, especially if you are attending an event at Rupp.
