We came back to this Marriott due to its convenience to our downtown activities, but also its cleanliness, incredibly polite and kind staff and the superior quality of the hotel restaurant. Will absolutely stay here come again.
Carlos, at the front desk, was absolutely wonderful! Even during a very busy day, he was calm, kind and helpful to get us checked in early. We so appreciated him! The M lounge was nice as well.
Only issue on one page when you search the hotel is states there is a pool.

Stayed here for a convention at the adjoining convention center and had a very relaxing stay here. Very nice rooms and quiet. This is my new go to hotel during my next visit to Richmond.
I thought it was ridiculous that I was charged $34.00 to check in one hr early but not told when I called to find out if I could check in early.
