We got there a day early so we paid for the one night before our reservation. They put us in a handicap room which some where who ever looked at our reservation when I submitted it read it wrong all I asked for was a lower level room nothing about handicap. But we went to the room and the bed came to my knees which I understand it’s for handicap people. Then the sink was falling off the wall. There was not drain plug in shower if you drop something it would go down the drain. So we sleep there the next day we went to front desk and they gave us another room. I went to shave in the sink and the handle came off in my hand I got the water on shaved went to take a shower and the handle was stripped couldn’t get the water on. So back to front desk asked for our money back the lady said she couldn’t do that because it was through a third party So she gave us another room we went to that room and that room the carpet was dirty and it stunk but we couldn’t afford to go to another hotel so we put up with it but u had to go get my own towels I asked to have room charged never done for the 9 days we where there I had to empty my own trash get clean towel and I asked the lady at front desk she said they don’t do that unless we asked for it so she wrote it down but never done the whole time The breakfast we never saw it was always closed when we went down to office and thus was nine in morning This whole trip was to visit family grandson graduation and the hotel was a bad experience. We called three or four times to the booking company and they keep giving us the run around I am very upset we should at least get half our money back if not all I will never stay at Days Inn Again.
