We are four and have only three kits of towels in the Room. At 18:00 no more towels at the pool. Renovation are needed I think.
I would be giving a poor rating if not for the friendly staff. We stayed in room 929 and carpeting was damp throughout the entire room. If I wore socks, they became damp and very dirty, if I didnt wear socks, the bottom of my feet were black from the damp and dirty carpeting. The air conditioner also would not take the temp down past 74. The lobby and bar areas are beautiful and the staff very nice, but the room was terrible.
The place was amazing and the boys loved to watch the trolley cars. The pool was amazing as well. Very nice and friendly staff and restaurant.
The hotel was accommodating. No problems.

From the moment we pulled into the valet parking, checking into the hotel, was such a warm and welcoming experience. We were in town for a wedding and your staff helped us in every way possible. Made connections for our taxi rides for the weekend and was just so happy and friendly. Thank you!
