The pool, hot tub and ice machine were all broken. There was no hot breakfast. Tub was ankle deep in water by the end of a shower. Dirty socks were found under the bed. Very dissatisfied with our stay.
When we checked in, we were told the pool and hot tub was down for repairs. All the ice machines were out of order as well. The breakfast in the morning was very disappointing. There was only waffles, yogurt and fruit. All the food warmers were empty. Everyone coming in had the same reaction: Where is the food? I usually have such great experiences with Country Inn and Suites, but this was horrible. We asked for a discount due to all the amenities that were not working but only got a chuckle out of the person checking us in. When checking out, no one was at the counter. There was a sign with a phone number to call for assistance. I called the number, but there was no answer. Not a good experience at all.
It needs a great deal of work and updating. The pool, hot tub, I've become and lobby air conditioning was not in working order. The ceiling in the bottom had leaking paint and didn't have an exhaust fan. The room a air conditioner had filters that were filthy and cleaned by us due to how gross/dirty they were. Many spots on the ceiling tiles that showed damage (water is my best guess). Parking lot needs repair. Continental breakfast was lacking most things. The only good thing was nice/friendly staff.

Prior reviews said the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. Seriously two YEARS later and it’s still closed for renovation. It’s of Looking and definitely needs updating.
