Construction going on in the area and I understand stand things happen but for there to be no notification or reduced rate for no TV in the room is unacceptable! I have stayed here in the past and have enjoyed my stays! If I would have known there was no TV signal in the room I would have never stayed here and this is unacceptable for a reputable chain like this not to disclose that information before check in! Very disappointing and we won’t be back!
TVs didn’t work; had to beg for towels; no soap in the bathroom; breakfast was ick. The best thing was the sports bar restaurant next door.
NO CABLE Service in the rooms, never have been at a Hotel where they provided no cable or local stations and they had a sign at the front desk saying no cable service due to water damage issue. They should discount rooms without service! Poor condition hotel!
We loved our stay. Clean and quiet and very safe area and has a restaurant attached as well as waffles in the am and pools and workout rooms! Great place we will keep coming when we visit the cities.

Kerrian cancelled our room for us due to no pool. Please make sure it was cancelled.
The hotel's front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, the beds were clean and very comfortable and when I needed more towels and hangers, the front desk staff got them for me. Fun restaurant/taproom next door with good food.
