Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis West, MN
The hotel offers two indoor swimming pools, two spa tubs, a 24-hour fitness center, and a complimentary buffet breakfast.
It was okay. The hotel was close to where I needed to be. They were working around some construction, making the best they could of the situation. There was good access to parking.
The hotel was clean and comfortable with a very good restaurant right next door. Good location and easy to get to. Bed was great and the room large. The included breakfast was just adequate, though. The desk person and staff were courteous and helpful.
Construction going on in the area and I understand stand things happen but for there to be no notification or reduced rate for no TV in the room is unacceptable! I have stayed here in the past and have enjoyed my stays! If I would have known there was no TV signal in the room I would have never stayed here and this is unacceptable for a reputable chain like this not to disclose that information before check in! Very disappointing and we won’t be back!

Expedia Group verifies all reviews to ensure that the customer has indeed booked on our site. To encourage customers to submit their reviews, we send an email containing a link to evaluate the hotel to which we sometimes attach a reduction or Expedia Rewards voucher to use on a future trip. We post all reviews whether they are positive or negative, to the extent that they respect our content directives. This monitoring is automated. Any rejection is manually checked and, if maintained, notified to the reviewer by email with reasons. We do not otherwise process changes, nor reviewer contact.
