We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and informative. The hotel has a shuttle service which took us to our downtown restaurants and museums. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and has gluten free options. The hotel has a warm end welcoming atmosphere. We will be returning.
A delightful place to stay, with fine food, helpful and friendly staff and a wonderful shuttle that will take you where you need to go. Our suite was quite comfortable.
Overall the experience was good. It is a beautiful hotel. I appreciated the shuttle service and parking. The cleaning lady that did our room was excellent in making sure our room was comfortable and supplied with the needed items.
Excellent hotel, front desk staff was great and very helpful! Restaurant was excellent. Ambiance of hotel was wonderful. Loved pool and grounds. Great landscaping!

The atmosphere was very comfortable in many ways. Towels at pool and in room soft and absorbent, cups in room not plastic but glass, newspapers (Santa Fe and New York Times) available, coffee off of elevator on each floor, lots of shade trees around parking areas, shuttle service in vintage London Taxis, nice restaurant with outdoor seating if desired and within easy walking distance of other restaurants and shops besides the rooms with balconies being nicely furnished and decorated.
Staff attentive; shuttle excellent; rooms clean, but modest; restaurant service fair.
For the money I paid the room was the size of home bathroom. and some employees did not service well. employee just talked amount them selfs instead of assisting helping customers with questions about the services at the hotel.
Highly Recommend
The hotel is pretty, the fireplaces are inviting. The art and the holiday decor were lovely. British gentleman (former owner?) who wished everyone in the dining room Merry Christmas spoke with us and when we mentioned that we'd love to see the art gallery made a point of bringing us there himself. That was thoughtful. All the shuttle drivers (we had five) were friendly and Rick especially had the lay of the land giving suggestions and insights for the fair city with genuine enthusiasm. The shuttle helped us navigate easier to see more sites and I'm grateful for that. We used the car just to get out of town and walked or shuttled locally.
