Subject: Complaint Regarding Hotel Booking Issue I recently stayed at your hotel for a girls' getaway with my daughter and a friend and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had booked a suite with two rooms in advance through a third party service, confirmed my reservation the day before and the day of arrival and even notified the hotel of our late check in. Despite all this, when we arrived, I was told that my suite was unavailable due to a first come, first served policy, which was never mentioned during booking or confirmation. We were forced to wait in the lobby for an hour while staff determined if they could even accommodate us, despite other guests arriving and being given rooms immediately. In the end, my daughter and friend were placed in a suite on the third floor near paint equipment and exposed light fixtures, while I was placed in a separate regular room on another floor—completely disrupting the experience we had planned and paid for. I find it unacceptable that my fully paid and confirmed reservation was not honored. The expectation of a stress free, enjoyable trip was lost due to mismanagement and I would like an explanation as to why this happened and what resolution can be offered. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
