This was a very nice place for us to stay. Also loved that the A/C unit was quiet so we got a good nights sleep.
It has a lot of room in the rooms! Very good service at front desk.
Overall, our stay was fine. The staff was helpful and pleasant. My primary complaint is the inability to contact the hotel directly. I absolutely detest being forced to use a third party to book a room. Quite frustrating. But I doubt you'll do anything about it. Bad business in my opinion,bad business.
Concrete sidewalk in desperate repair, beds very low to ground only fitted sheet on mattress, no cover, torn carpet, smell of cigarette smoke upon checking into hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful. Property needs overall renovation. Hotel rooms.bedding was clean and no stains. Hotel chair was very stained and smelled. Bathroom in our room hand not been cleaned thoroughly. Toilet and urine stains from last occupant, we cleaned with our cleaning products and gloves we brought. Floor tiles were cracked. Shower had mold on top where wallpaper met shower pan. We personally wiped and cleaned that area and all surfaces. Liked that Hotel room had window that opened to allow clean air in to vent room. We managed as very short stay.
Personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.
We always choose this hotel when close to Lincoln. We love the restaurant that is attached; great Italian food. The breakfast is worth the stay!
