This was my fourth stay at Columbus OH Holiday Inn on Broad Street. Always clean, the breakfast is good and all staff friendly and helpful.
I stayed two nights, rooms were clean and very roomy! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed two nights, rooms were clean and very roomy! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Will definitely stay again!
Beds are extremely comfortable!
The only problem I have is the lack of heat in the bathroom,making showers somewhat chilly, otherwise our stay was very enjoyable. Also,at times,access to Broad St is extremely difficult.
My only negative was that the airport shuttle does not accommodate early flights. When I called about shuttle service no mention was made of time limits. Very inconvenient.
